Can I enroll for Sunrise Power & Gas services in my area?

Sunrise is currently not serving residential customers in Pennsylvania. For commercial inquiries, please contact us at 1-888-538-7001 Option 2, or by emailing [email protected].

I am a current customer – will my account with Sunrise Power & Gas continue?

As indicated in the letter sent to you, for residential customers in the PECO and PPL service territories, your account will be switched over to your utility’s default plan in December, and customers in the Duquesne territory will be switched in February. You can choose to switch to another supplier prior to being switched to the default plan. You can find a listing of suppliers at the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission’s website – www.papowerswitch.com. You will continue to receive your monthly bill from your utility and should continue to make your payment to your utility as you currently do.

I am a participant in your Rewards program – how does that change once I am switched over?

If you are a participant in our Rewards program, you will continue to enjoy the benefits of the Rewards program till the end of June 2022.

Why is Sunrise discontinuing service in my area?

Various factors out of our control including the ongoing lingering impact of the pandemic have necessitated a change in our business model.
